No there is no commitment. You can order when you want and as often as you want.
Do I have to choose 5 meals?
No, there is no minimum or maximum.
What is the shipping cost?
There is a standard shipping cost of $15 or $25 depending on which package you choose.
Can you make substitutions?

Do you have any options for special diets?

Do you deliver to places outside of PA?
Yes! we ship to anywhere in the United States.
